CareGenie is Easy to Deploy
We Configure to Your Operational Model - You Simply Pair the Devices
We will configure CareGenie to align with your physical footprint (resident rooms, shared rooms, common areas, etc.). We then associate your devices with those rooms. At that point, it's ready for use. CareGenie does not require resident PHI.
Add and Configure Users, Grant Entitlements
Add users and configure which departments they are associated with (like Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Facilities, etc.). Then configure which buildings the users are associated with. At this point, users are set up to view information that's relevant to them.
Select or Configure Alexa Routines
Choose from our library of Routines or create your own. For example, speaking "Alexa, Code Blue" will automate the creation of a high-priority Request then send text message notifications to all users of a specified type.
Training
CareGenie is very easy to use. Residents speak the Alexa "wake word" to the device and then launch CareGenie. They then speak their request. The mobile app is simple and easy to use. We provide printable "1-pagers" that you can share with your team.
