Care Teams Know Before They Go
In today's manual call button or pull-rope model, the Care Team spends time simply getting to the Resident. They then need to determine the need, and assign the Request to the appropriate person or department.
CareGenie streamlines the request capture process and uses AI to further automate request routing.
We conservatively estimate at least 30 minutes of time saved per Care Team member per shift by removing the need for the Request response leader to travel to the Resident and confirm the request.

Configure Your Facility, Rooms, and Pair Devices
Configure according to your physical footprint by adding information about your buildings and rooms. Then associate devices to those rooms. CareGenie does not require resident PHI.
Add and Configure Users, Grant Entitlements
Add users and configure which departments they are associated with (like Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Facilities, etc.). Then configure which buildings they are associated with. At this point, your Care Team is set up to view information that's relevant to them.
Select or Configure Alexa Routines
Choose from our library of Routines or create your own. For example, speaking "Alexa, Code Blue" will automate the creation of a high-priority Request then send text message notifications to all users of a specified type.
Training
We provided train-the-trainer content to customers. Training for Residents is very straightforward: simply speak the request. If you configure Routines or other automations, you simply inform your residents what to say, or provide a printed list of key commands.
