CareGenie Pilot Program

To show how CareGenie can...

• Enable a higher-quality care experience for Residents
• Provide a better, modern, and more efficient work experience for Caregivers
• Provide a "Smart Home" platform that helps owners differentiate and win business
• Reveal Resident servicing and operational insights for facility owners and administrators that pull-ropes and help buttons aren't able to provide

We are seeking two types of pilot sites. If this doesn't match your business, we'd still love to speak with you about how we can help!

• Assisted Senior Living Residences that have between 5 and 20 residents
• "Life Plan Communities" who, in addition to the Objectives & Goals above, are looking for technology solutions that enable data-driven insights and operational efficiencies at scale

CareGenie has many features that are already developed, with more offerings under way as we work with leading universities on feature innovation initiatives. Our pilot sites will involve the following:

CareGenie Mobile App

• Secure access by facility owners/administrators
• Secure access by the Care Team (caregivers, culinary, facilities, housekeeping, skilled nurses...)
• The ability to view, sort, and filter resident requests
• To change the status of requests
• To add resolution notes to requests
• To type messages into the app, that Alexa then speaks to the resident
• To receive notifications (iOS, text message) for certain request or event types (like for falls)
• To view detailed "audit log" type of histories of resident requests

CareGenie Web App

• Feedback on our updated web app designs, which include
• Powerful workflow informatics reporting and dashboard widgets
• User management
• Customizing and managing Alexa Routines, other automations
• To understand system integration needs or other ideas

The pilot duration is typically two months. This is plenty of time, because...

• System setup is quick - less than an hour
• It's simple to use - for both residents and members of the care team
• After two months, the difference between the CareGenie experience and the pull-rope / help button experience will be clear to all parties
• After two months, the wealth of insights from request operations captured by CareGenie - when compared to the little data coming from pull-ropes - will be evident
• After two months, the residents that didn't have CareGenie will likely be asking that they get to have one in their room

We will handle the process of setting up CareGenie for you. All you need to do is use it. And we will show you and your residents how it works. We'll also provide useful "1-pagers" that you can print and provide to your residents and members of your team.

We will be able to see information about how CareGenie is used. We will also gather performance data and identify any technical issues (e.g. errors or crashes). 

Our pilot process includes having a weekly check-in call to hear how things are going and discuss your experiences and suggestions. We greatly value your feedback!

After the pilot concludes, we will meet to review quantitative data (usage metrics, workflow informatics) and qualitative feedback (user satisfaction, suggestions).

You will then have the choice to continue with subscribing to CareGenie, while enjoying discounted pricing as our way of saying THANK YOU for being a Pilot Customer!
